I’ve always cared about doing things well, especially the small details most people overlook. I’m an elementary teacher and a virtual assistant, and in both spaces, I’m drawn to clarity, structure, and thoughtful planning.

Creating systems that help others thrive is second nature to me, whether I’m in the classroom or supporting a business owner behind the scenes. I’m most at home in the details: communicating clearly, planning intentionally, and helping everything run a little more smoothly.

Most days, I’m moving between lesson plans and client projects — planning intentionally in one space and refining details in another. I value margin in my schedule, clear expectations, and the kind of preparation that allows everyone to feel confident walking into what’s next. There’s something deeply satisfying about knowing things are organized, communicated well, and ready before they need to be.
